palsy in children occurs before babies are
born, during birth, or shortly after birth.
Characterized by certain disorders of body
movement and posture, cerebral palsy in
children can be very disruptive or have
minimal interference in a child's life depending
on the severity of the cerebral palsy in
children that varies widely. Adjusting to
